Shipping/Pick up Policy

Orders will be processed within 48 hours of placing the order on business days, Monday-Friday.  Orders made on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. 

GRAPHIC TEE'S

Graphic Tee's are made to order items. Please allow up to two weeks for your product to ship out. Tye-Dyed and Bleached Tee's can take longer to create. Special Ordered colors may have shipping delays depending on the vendor. Please consider this when placing a Graphic-Tee order. 

PRE-SALE Orders

Pre-Sale Items are not in stock items. We are at the mercy of the vendors that we order them from. When Ordering pre-sale items please consider that we will not get them to you in the 48 hour shipping process! They will take longer to come in. Prices reductions or Refunds due to shipping delays will not be made. 

Pick Up Policy 

Orders will be processed as stated above (please read) and will be available the SATURDAY at 1-5 pm after the order has been fulfilled. The customer will receive an email with the pick up time. Customer can contact store to adjust time if needed. ;) 

Pick Up Location: Bristol Plaza Shopping Center

(Example: Order is placed on Saturday January 1st. Order is fulfilled on Tuesday January 4th customer received an email. Pick up will be Saturday January  8th) 

Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed as stated above (please read) and shipped through USPS or UPS. Please allow a sufficient amount of time for the services to deliver your package. You will be provided with a tracking number. 

Unpredicted weather and holidays may delay packages.  USPS and UPS complications are beyond our control and may cause additional delays. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES.  IF YOU ARE MISSING A PACKAGE, YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.
